5+ grams (before dehydration) dehydrated gluten-free sourdough starter culture. Comes straight out of a very active, happy culture that is fed with Bob's Red Mill 1-1 Baking Flour (not included).

Natural fermentation is a healthy and ancient practice. Please follow best practices in keeping your kitchen and culture clean and free of mold or harmful bacteria. This culture is shipped dehydrated, so it will take some time to wake back up.
This culture comes from my kitchen, which is a lived-in home, not a sterile lab. This product is not intended to treat or cure any disease.
Note: I ship this item via USPS regular mail, so you will not receive tracked shipping on it. That is the only way I am able to offer free shipping on it!
If you have not received it within 5-7 business days (or however long mail usually takes to get to you from Seattle), please let me know and I will resend it!
Similarly, if you follow the instructions (esp. the part about filtered, dechlorinated water), but do not get signs of life within a week, I will send you another batch.
