Howlite (magnesite) rough crystal

Like 99.9% of all howlite on the market, this is really magnesite - I’m being honest with you. Most retailers call it howlite even though they know better.

It’s fine though! Magnesite has incredible calming properties and is fantastic for sleep. It can be used to balance any overactive chakra - just place the magnesite on the chakra.

Place under your pillow or on your bedside table to assist in sleep, or hold in your palm for meditation.

These are on the larger side, about 1.5”.
